Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

EU Shipping We ship to all EU countries. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. All prices include VAT where applicable.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. SYLARA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
